In Lebanese cuisine, the vast majority of dishes need to be prepared freshly upon customer demand rather than be pre-cooked. The cornerstone of fine Lebanese cooking is to source the finest produce. The best way to ensure the utmost quality in our dishes is to source the freshest ingredients straight from our farmers in Lebanon ( Bekaa Valley) and local suppliers in Singapore.

This results in a superior but more expensive product. We could buy cheaper, inferior quality hummus, lamb, fish for instance but this would compromise our philosophy in delivering the best. We believe you will taste the difference when eating the best Lebanese food Singapore has to offer.

We salute our suppliers all over the world: From wine makers in Australia, New Zealand, Argentina and Lebanon, to cultivating farming families in Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia and Lebanon to many of our local Singaporean fisherman, bakers and ingredient suppliers.
