General questions about SanoBar Lebanese Restaurant:
1) How do I get to SanoBar?
We are located at One Fullerton Road opposite the Fullerton Hotel or just by the Merlion. Please refer to the map or click on this link to find us.
2) Do you have parking facilities?
Yes, you can park at the One Fullerton or Fullerton Hotel car park.
3) Is SanoBar suitable for family occasions and kids?
Of course, we try to cater for different groups and encourage family occasions to be memorable. We have three generation birthday parties: Grand parents, parents and kids who enjoyed private room facilities or open dining under the stars or watching drumming and belly dancing which is fun and welcomed by families.
4) Is SanoBar a bar or a restaurant?
Technically, more of a restaurant, we do have a full service bar and would like to promote ourselves as a bar as well, check our promotions for drink specials.
5) Is SanoBar suitable for couples?
SanoBar is ideal for a Romeo and Juliet and day of the week. Our outside environment by the river in a quiet and private atmosphere is perfect for couples. Re-light your fire with an evening of belly dancing if you are in for some fun.
6) How much is the average per person to have dinner?
Overall average is $55++ a person; however that can vary based on your appetite and the amount of alcohol you consume. We are very focused on providing value for diners so be assured that you are getting good value for your taste-buds.
7) What are your operating hours and when is the last food order?
Lunch time is from 12 noon until 4pm weekdays
Dinner is from 5:30 until 10:30pm
If you do want a late meal beyond these hours, please call us.
8) Where is the chef from? Can we meet your chef?
We are as authentic as can be so naturally the chef is from Lebanon. Our executive chef is Mohammad Slim, please ask for him and ask for personalized dishes if you wish.
9) I am skeptic about hygiene in restaurants. How can we be re-assured about the quality of the food and the hygiene standards?
We have an open kitchen policy where you can be the inspector of our facilities. We have an ‘A’ rating by the NEA and practice stringent levels of food hygiene, pest control and common kitchen bacterial disinfectants.
10) Do you serve Shisha?
Yes we do and we have the very high quality tobacco that comes with it! You can also rent a shisha and take it home if you wish.

11) Do you offer belly dancing classes as a team building exercise? How do your clients like it?
We have done so many team building exercises for companies and the clients find it entertaining and rewarding. It is fun, exciting and enhances team building and collaboration as some play the drum and other synchronise their dance. Call Diana on 6423 9182 and ask for belly dance classes.
12) What’s so special for birthday occasions at SanoBar?
This depends on what you like. We can give you some ideas:
For large groups, we can provide you exclusivity and provide a DJ with music, a belly dance performance with drumming and a big feast.
For medium sized groups, we can arrange a table or private room with entertainment.
Couples can choose from a private room for two with a butler or fine dining under the stars by the river.
13) When do you have belly dance shows?
Belly dancers live in a world of their own so take this as a rule of thumb but check with us for any changes:
Wednesday nights have become popular, so expect a performance at 9:30pm
Friday nights are always good nights for belly dancing also starting at 9:30pm
Saturday nights are tentative depending on availability and demand.
If you want a private show for your group, please let us know and we can arrange for it.
14) How long is the performance?
Depends on how excited the crowd get! Encourage her and she can go all night long. We have performances ranging from 1 to 2 hours.

With one of the best views in Singapore. We are located beside the Merlion at One Fullerton with a panoramic view of the Marina Bay.

Yes, it is halal. We can accommodate for different faiths given that we are in a multi-cultural Singapore.

19) Does SanoBar offer an international menu or is it only Lebanese food?
People expect a restaurant to be authentic and also expect you to be accommodative of various preferences. As a result, you will find us providing antipastos, international finger food, some Mediterranean favourates such as Italian pastas, Greek salads, some curry favoured dishes and US imported beef steaks. Please feel free to ask for a continental or international variety.
20) Is the food on your menu spicy or not?
Spicy or non-spicy, we have a variety that will suite your taste-buds.
We have been told by our local Singaporean friends that our chili sauce and spicy dishes pass the expectations of spiciness. They also like the Lebanese imported spices that are unique to our dishes. If you prefer non-spicy you will be also lost for choice.
21) Do Singaporeans like your food? What dishes do you recommend for my die-hard local group who have never had anything but local food?
We understand that some locals may be uncomfortable with non-local cuisine. As a result you will find a variety of seafood such as cooked, BBQ or fried, BBQ prawns, prawn & seafood salads, fried calamari and Lebanese chicken rice.
The chef also prepares a succulent creamy mussels dish on-demand.
22) Do you serve any beef?
We try not to create a variety of beef dishes due to most local Indians not consuming beef and we can make up for it with our 1 st class impoted lamb from Australia or New Zealand. However, yes, we do have beef steaks on the menu and they are grilled on the BBQ to your liking.

We have many varieties of vegetarian dishes.
The Lebanese terrain is suitable for vegetables and different beans and as such the Lebanese have traditional vegetarian dishes such as falafel, foul mudammas, vegetarian stews and cous cous.

We always get asked this question:
We are highly experienced with events, hosting on average 2-3 events a week per annum. SanoBar staff and experienced with accommodating large groups to make sure individuals are not neglected in large crowds.
We have the facilities for large groups and the live entertainment in-house that others simply don’t have. We also have colleagues that work for entertainment companies and can utilize resources way beyond and ordinary restaurant.
We wont promise that we are the cheapest due to the high quality you demand, but you can surely depend on Sanobar to get every detail right on the big day.

Lebanese food is all natural ingredients with a healthy Mediterranean touch. The cuisine includes a large spectrum of dishes such as kebabs, seafood, various dishes with rice and vegetables, plenty of dips, meats and finger licking.
